Full-service title and settlement company is seeking to fill two marketing positions for our Maryland and Virginia locations. Responsibilities include conducting settlements and generating new business. The ideal candidate will have a background in title, real estate, or lending and be licensed as a Title Insurance Producer (or willing to obtain license).
 
This is a full-time position with base salary, commissions, and bonuses. 
Requirements:
•        - Maryland or Virginia Title Insurance Producer License & Notary
•        - Experience conducting in-house and mobile settlements
•        - Relevant industry experience in title, real estate, or lending
•        - Strong organizational and communication skills
Specific duties:
•        - Maintain & manage an existing client list to retain business
•        - Generate new business through various sales and marketing activities
•        - Develop a prospecting system to grow the client portfolio
•        - Follow-up with clients to ensure client satisfaction
•        - Identify new opportunities and services for the company
