Nancy Gusman currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Land Title Association and has chaired the Education Committee.

Since 1986, Nancy Gusman has developed her career in law, first as a general practitioner and then developing an expertise and specializing in real estate law and mortgage financing.  She has worked in general practice law firms, managed offices for several title companies and sat as underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company.  She currently is employed at Montero Law Group . She will be creating and managing the Real Estate Settlement department for the firm.  Montero Law Group is a general litigation firm offering all of our services in both English and Spanish. Ms. Gusman's education includes a J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, D.C. where she was awarded the Corpus Juris Secondum Certificate of Merit upon graduation.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Maryland, College Park Maryland.  She is admitted to practice in Maryland and DC and has earned her Certified Land Title Professional designation.
