This CE course will prepare licensees for working with the seller. While we have all represented the seller of a property, this class will outline some of the common issues that arise when representing a seller and how to solve those issues. Topics to be covered in the class include - power of attorney, divorce, bankruptcy, estate & death, foreclosures and short sales.
