This seminar will focus on residential landlord-tenant laws in MD & DC. This course covers fair housing as it applies to leasing property, occupancy, outline the Landlord/Tenant Act, detail the lease and application forms, privacy, credit reports and rental history as well as discussing landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities in detail.

Earn 1.5 hours of ELECTIVE CE (Category F) towards renewal of your MD Real Estate License.
