REAL ESTATE CE CLASS (NO TITLE CE AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS).

Class will go through specific addenda of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR) Residential Contract of Sale for a better understanding of its contents. Addenda to be covered include: Addendum of Clauses A and B, Home Inspection, Conventional Financing and the REA.

Earn 2.0 hours of ELECTIVE (Category F) credit towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.
