This course provides licensees with an ability to read and understand deeds so that you are best prepared to meet with your potential clients to discuss the listing presentation and once they are your clients to prepare the contract of sale.

3:45 - 5:00 pm     Seller Impersonation Fraud Prevention Class
Seller impersonation fraud has increased over 400% across the United States since 2022.  This class will dissect recent cases and discover where intervention could have prevented the fraud. The class will go over the available technology to prevent seller impersonation fraud, and how to deploy best practices.
