It is directed to title professionals, agents and producers, who are considering increasing their commercial title business and to those who are primarily residential agents considering generating new business in commercial engagements.

The title commitment that will be dissected is complex and includes construction and multiple lenders with the associated endorsements that are typically requested.

It will detail each Schedule as required in a title commitment.
