This course covers essential principles for new real estate professionals, including advertising requirements, escrow fund handling, and the nuances of common ownership communities. Master ethical standards and the legalities of advertising, team marketing, and managing trust money while staying compliant with state laws.

 This class is required for all new (first-renewal) MD Real Estate licensees. Individuals licensed prior to October 1, 2023 can earn 3 hours in their Professional Enhancements category towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.
