Students will gain an overview of estate planning for property owners including living trusts, powers of attorney, titling and guardianships. The class will review applicable state and federal laws as well as discuss residency requirements and tax considerations.

Earn 1.5 hours of ELECTIVE (Category F) credit towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.
