Understanding the Title Process (Category F, 331-0756)

This course is intended to increase agents’ understanding of the title company’s role throughout a transaction from contract ratification to post-closing activities. It will address the importance of the title abstract, underwriting and title insurance. After completing this course, the agent will be more prepared and confident in answering title-related questions.
