The MLTA Pre-Licensing class satisfies the 20-hour pre-licensing education requirement to sit for the title insurance licensing exam. The class reviews the content outlined in the MIA Pre-Licensing Exam Content Outline. Our course is designed to help prepare you for the state-proctored licensing exam.

The MLTA offers both, online and traditional classroom-style classes to best fit your needs. Whether you prefer to learn in the privacy of your home or with others, we have you covered. The MLTA offers its pre-licensing class online or if you prefer, you can take the class in person.  Have questions before you get started, click on the "Licensing FAQ" link below to understand what you have to do.
