MLTA 5th Annual Lobby Day
The MLTA Lobby Day gives our members an effective way to communicate with members of the General Assembly, fostering understanding of the industry, and protecting the interests of Maryland’s homebuyers. We facilitate face-to-face meetings with local legislators to discuss relevant issues with those representatives. Our next Lobby Day will take place February 8, 2018. We will have lunch at the Maryland Inn around noon. Sponsors are invited to shadow our members on appointments, talk about your company for up to 5 minutes at your selected meal, and distribute flyers to our members at lunch.

MLTA 11th Annual Crab Feast
Our Annual Crab Feast takes place the first Wednesday of June from 4pm to 8pm at the Cheshire Crab in Pasadena, Maryland. This is an all-you-can-eat (and drink) Crab Feast! Sponsors receive 1 ticket to dinner and are welcome to put their logo on the selected event materials. The social is open to family members and guests.

MLTA Education Events Sponsorship   
Join our Chapters for special education sessions across Maryland. Sponsors will enjoy:

  • An Exhibit Booth near the Registration Desk (8’ draped table, 2 chairs, electrical outlet)
  • 5 Minutes at the beginning of the event to introduce yourself and describe your product/service  
  • One‐page advertisement in the program materials (You must provide the ad as a pdf, by email to at least 15 days prior to the event.

Pre‐Licensing Class: Breakfast Sponsor 
Your website ad will be displayed on the Pre‐Licensing registration page for three months. You may also include a one-page flyer in our course materials, delivered to each student on the selected day. Breakfast sponsors must select Day 1 or Day 2 of the chosen class. You are welcome to sponsor breakfast on more than one day of class.

MLTA Website Advertising
Reach thousands of Maryland land title professionals through our new and upgraded website. Standard ads are featured on content pages on a rotating basis, ordered by first purchased each calendar year. Homepage ads are ordered alphabetically, and appear on the parallax-scrolling homepage. Formats allowed include JPG or PNG, and must be 300x250 pixels. Ads run from the first day of the selected month to the last day of that month or as contracted.
