Cancellation

A $50 Cancellation fee applies to all live classes. Cancellation notice must be received by e-mail to [email protected] at least one week prior to the class. Cancellations after the cutoff date will not receive a refund. 

Rescheduling

A $50 Rescheduling fee applies to all classes – If you reschedule fewer than ten days prior to the class, for ANY reason, this fee applies.

Pending CE Approval

Each program that is submitted for CE credit is “pending approval” until approved by the appropriate group: MD, DC, PA, VA Bar, Vertafore (formerly Sircon), etc. Approved courses will be noted with a course number. We generally seek approval for MD only, but many live courses are approved in multiple states. Please verify before registering. 

Partial credit

Partial credit cannot be given. To receive credit, you must arrive on time and complete the entire course. 

CLTP Discount

If you are an MLTA Certified Land Title Professional (CLTP), remember to ask for your 15% discount. If you are not a CLTP, learn more about it at www.MDLTA.org. 

Inclement Weather

If the county government offices where the class is being held are closed because of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled. Rescheduling or refund will be determined after that event.
