  • Real Estate University: Want to impress your realtor clients? Provide them with high quality continuing education through our school. Only MLTA members can teach/conduct the Maryland real estate CE classes.

  • MLTA Membership Discounts: Take advantage of lower costs on items you need to effectively conduct business, for example, office supplies, computer hardware, mailing, etc.

  • Discounted Pre-Licensing & Continuing Education: Lower registration fees are extended to members for Pre-Licensing classes and for live Continuing Education classes that provide the 16 bi-annual credits required by the Maryland Insurance Administration. MLTA can provide all required credits, including 3 hours of ethics education. MLTA members also can take the 16 hours (including the 3 hours of ethics) online for FREE.

  • Discounted & Member Only Events Attend the MLTA Fall Convention and pay reduced fees to keep you informed of industry trends and in touch with fellow industry professionals. In addition, take advantage of attending member only events like Lobby Day and the Annual CrabFeast.

  • Discounted Event Sponsorships: MLTA members Save at least 25% on event sponsorships.

  • MLTA Job Board: Have a job opening and need to find the perfect candidate? Post your opening on the MLTA Job Board for FREE. Postings are run for two months.

  • Internship Program: MLTA has entered an arrangement with the Legal Studies Institute of Anne Arundel Community College to place paralegal interns with title companies. What a great way for you to bring someone into the title industry and potentially find your next great employee.

  • Services Listing: MLTA members like to do business with other MLTA members. Let our members find you through our Services Listing on the MLTA website. This list provides our members with a number of choices to conduct their business and lets visitors to our website know you are an MLTA member who is open for business (NOTE: There is an additional charge to have a listing).

  • Committee Participation: The work and efforts done by the association are through the time and contributions of the volunteers who serve on our committees. Help steer the direction of the association by volunteering to serve on one of our committees (Convention, Education, Events, Legislative, Membership, PAC, Pre-Licensing, Technology and Title Counsel).
