HOTEL INFORMATION:

MLTA has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. There are two ways for you to book your room at the discounted rate ($259 per night on Friday and Saturday; $179 for Sunday and Monday for a standard room). You can:

1) You can visit Maryland Land Title Association (hyatt.com) and complete your information OR

2) You may call reservations at 1-855-556-1297 and ask for the Maryland Land Title Association group rate. The group code is G-MLT1.

HOTEL UPDATE: The Hyatt Place Dewey Beach is completely SOLD OUT on Friday September 20 and Saturday September 21. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Coast Rehoboth Beach. The rates listed above at the Hyatt are also in place at the Coast.

To get from the Coast to Hyatt Place: Coast Rehoboth Beach is a quick two mile drive to the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach.  From Coast you will head south on 2^nd Street towards Dewey Beach.  Stay on that same road all the way to Dewey Beach.  Once you enter Dewey you will turn left onto Coastal Hwy, then right onto Dickinson Street where you will arrive at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach.

The cut-off date to book your room is Friday August 23. After that the group rate is not guaranteed at the hotel.
