Upcoming In-Person Classes "MLTA on the Move" Online Education
The MLTA is proud to announce MLTA Real Estate University. Along with providing continuing education for our Title Producers, the MLTA Real Estate University will host classes and provide continuing education for individuals that hold a Real Estate License. There are many educational programs offered to the public by individuals, other licensees, seminar companies, corporations, brokerages, etc. Will all programs provide you with CE hours to renew your real estate license? NO, not all. Before signing up, check it out. If the individuals or entities are not listed on MREC's website, it WILL NOT count toward your renewal. Specific laws and regulations apply to courses intended to count towards renewal.
Any licensee who renews from October 1, 2024 forward will need to have their CE COMPLETED 30 days prior to their renewal date. All CE providers now have up to 14 days to submit the certificates to the MREC. As always, the licensee will not be able to renew until all their hours are submitted by the providers. CE credits submitted within 30 days of renewal will result in a reinstatement fee upon the renewal.
The current reinstatement fee is $168.00.
