This course will inform licensees on information to identify and avoid issues and situations that could derail contracts and settlements.  We will provide a lengthy list of practical tips compiled over time by an attorney with extensive settlement experience to make small changes in their practices to streamline the process between contract and closing for the benefit of both their clients and their businesses that will make the final step of the transaction smooth and seamless.
Earn 3.0 hours of ELECTIVE (Category F) credit toward renewing your MD Real Estate License.
