We'll breakdown all the components that are needed to meet this managerial obligation; a discussion of teams, assistants, sales meetings, training sessions and the setting of policies and procedures will be covered. Learn shortcuts to supporting your staff in a manner that could will productivity and reduce possible liability.

Earn 3.0 hours of REQUIRED (for Broker Licensees) OR ELECTIVE (for Salesperson Licensees) credit towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.
