The purpose of this class is to offer attendees a thorough understanding of the credit report process. The program provides agents with the information they need to share with their clients about the importance of having, getting and maintaining good credit. Topics to be covered in the class include: credit reporting, how to read credit reports, understanding credit scoring, the requirements a customer needs in their credit history to secure a mortgage.

Earn two (2) hours of elective credit (Category F) towards renewing your Maryland Real Estate license.
