Recognizing that more and more homeowners are turning to solar energy to power their homes, it is crucial to understand the steps involved in a transaction from disclosure to the transfer of solar panels, and the legal obligation that the Buyer undertakes as part of the transaction.  This class will address some of the issues that the parties must address when a home is sold with solar panels and how to avoid delays in settlement.
