The purpose of this class is to inform you of everything you need to know about title policies and the insurance associated with the various forms and types of policies. Additionally, we will review the necessity of title insurance, the benefits and scope of the title insurance policy, the types of title insurance policies, insuring clauses, exclusions and exceptions from coverage, and conditions of coverage.
