Entities, Estates & Trusts (Category F; 275-0756)

Students will gain an understanding of the requirements when dealing with legal entities and fiduciaries, including businesses, estates, living trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships. The class will review applicable state and federal laws.

Earn 1.5 hours of ELECTIVE (Category F) credit towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.
