Seller impersonation fraud has increased over 400% across the United States since 2022.  Underwriters are experiencing claims costs that are significantly higher than other types of claims.  This class will dissect two recent claims and discover where intervention by the title agent could have prevented the claim.  The class will go over the available technology to prevent seller impersonation fraud, and how to deploy best practices.
