REAL ESTATE CE CLASS (NO TITLE CE AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS).

This course is designed for agents to understand the fundamentals of government homebuyer programs and their opportunities and limitations. It also provides insight into mortgage insurance and mortgage credit certificates so that the agent is well-equipped to aid their first-time homebuyer in navigating the purchasing process.
Earn 1.5 hours of CE in Category F towards your MD Real Estate license.
